Energy Saving/Fire safety:
We have 24 hours electricity. Due to energy savings and fire security, switch all electric equipment off when leaving the room . Take out  the electric MASTERCARD. DONT cut the Mastercard from the Doorkeys and dont leave the Mastercard in the switchbox when you leave the room. If no electric Mastercard, than switch off the Mainbreaker which is outside the room beside the Entrance door!

* = Discounted prices for more than 3 overnight stays are not valid on all Holidays, Chinese New Year Festival (Spring Festival until LANTERN festival) and month of december until January 6.

** = Kitchen usage
kitchen is empty and has except of the  cabinett, kitchen sink and refrigerator no kitchen utilities.
Kitchen utilities like gas stove, gas, pots and pans, will be provided for long term rental only, or guest has to provide his own utilities..
In terms of short stay, for use of the kitchen fee of php 50 per day + Gasul(php 90 per Kilo) , please inform us before your arrival, so we can provide the gas stove and Gasul for cooking. Thank you

Breakfast kitchen only. Kitchen has only cabinett, kitchen sink and refrigerator and Hot Water Maker no kitchen utilities. No COOKING allowed inside the room! Only to use for Tea and coffee making.

Energy Saving:
We have 24 hours electricity. Due to energy savings

1 kw/h per day is included above described daily prices for fanrooms,
3 kw per day Standard AC rooms and
5 kw ac cottages and de luxe ac rooms.
Extended use of electricity will be charged by E-Meter, 20 php per kw/h.

Usually 1 kw per day is good for lights an ceiling fan. But if you have strong use of Aircon and HotWaterShower your daily use of electricity can extend to additional 5+ kwh per day, it depends on you.

We had special low prices for those guest who like to save energy and who cut down the daily use of energy to a minimum. Unfortunately we had to stop that kind od special low prices, since many guest dont understand the rules and used up to 30+ kw/h per day and on the end dont wanted to pay the excess.

Our new prices included now electricity but guest has to use an electr. MASTERKEY wich turns off all electricity once you leave the room. Its no allowed to remove this masterkey from the doorkeys wich they are tied on.

Waste Disposal/Corkage fee, Bring In Foods

No corkage fee. You are allowed to bring your own food and meals*, but please take notice that when you bring your own foods and drinks from poutside our resort , you have to dispose ALL this food remains (inluding the package material)  BY YOUR OWN AND BRING BACK TO THE MAINLAND or to the store you bought.

We dont have any waste disposal for BRING INS foods and drinks. Thats your own responsibility.  So please bring waste bags for your waste/basura.
Otherwise you have to pay php 100 for every sack of basura/trash of your own waste goods, that you leave for us to dispose for you.

*We dont give any Pot and pans , plates and dishes for BRING-IN FOODS.
Guest is reponsible for cleaning his area (Kitchen, table, plates etc) after use of BRING-IN foods/drinks. When you buy your meal outside our resort in a Carenderia or street Kitchenette, you are not allowed to bring this food on our beach or our restaurant. you can eat either in the Carenderea where you buy your meal or on your veranda or terrace of your room, But dont expect that we give dishes for those and after that clean the dishes for your carenderia food. And please dont put your food remainings from this carenderia meals into our waste bags.

Excemption: Special Occasions:
If there is a need to whatever reason to use our dishes, like Island tours, etc. we charge 1o php Corkage fee per each plate, pot, cans, pitcher and other needs and put that on your bill.

We provide a char coal grill so the guest can prepare barbeque or his meat, but the use of grill is only allowed with special permit due to place and time of AABANA.

LOCATION 

Our place is on the BOUNTY BEACH, Eastside, about 100 meters past EXOTIC and EVOLUTION Dive Center.

Our Cottages Casablanca/Casaviva/Casabonita are not direct on the beach like our Bamboo cottage(fan room only) . They are about 40 - 60 meters safety distance to the beach, but no other building in front, only one of our neighboring cottage and some coconut trees.CASABLANCA ,CASAVIVA , CASABONITA are one of the most beautiful cottages on the island. We have a beautiful and clean beach with white sand and little beach cottages(Bahay Kubo) for your stay on the beach during the days, or to take your breakfast, even lunch and dinner on the beach. You will love it.
